Connect Health Connect or your favorite fitness tracker to automatically track eligible fitness activities, including steps, swimming, and cycling. With your permission, AARP Now can read fitness activity data from Health Connect or your fitness tracker to verify completion of eligible fitness activities and award AARP Rewards points. Activity data is used only to determine eligibility for and award Rewards points when daily fitness goals are achieved. Users who do not wish to track fitness activity can continue using the app without connecting Health Connect *AARP Membership is not required to use AARP Now, but AARP Members Edition™ exclusive content may require membership.
