The new update is terrible. For the most part the app worked fine previously. Now when you record voice messages the audio is muffling and robotic. Horrible and unnecessary update. App is basically useless for me now. Back to calling in my messages until I can find a better service provider smh
very poor. asks to set up with user name and password. put something in, and it is rejected as an invalid login. won't let me set up an original user name and password. totally useless like a whole lot of apps and websites.
sorry to do this to the app developer but the service is the problem. they make it very very difficult to cancel so I thought I had it cancelled but didnt then got hit with another $500 bill for a service I don't want.
I had used this app 4 yr ago for about 6 mo. then stopped. I liked it very much and found it very easy and well done. I attempted to reuse it today, but I could not remember my user name or password. I tried three times with possible names/passwords. The app shut me out with no ability to retrieve the info. It said I could try again in 15 minutes. The program is unusable to me now and I have no way to uncover the right info or to change it.

Awesome 💯😎
DON'T DO IT... System is antiquated, slow, and burdensome. The account managers are like loan sharks and the service is PRICEY compared to better services...so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Great
The app offers minimal management at best. Any changes can only be made on the website. I called to record and save 4 alerts for repeat sending. I can't access them without an "alert code". What?! They don't come up in the app either. The concept is superb, but navigating this service is nearly impossible! With what our church is being charged, they could at least make it more efficient. The app should be better sync'd to the website.

Cannot create an account . I have not registered and I have a account.
The recording quality is horrible with the app. There is a lot of white noise that distorts making it difficult to hear the words of your message. I reached out to the company 2 years ago and they admit the problem, but have done nothing to fix it. Used to be a great app. Now I have to call the 800 number for all our messages & jump thru their automated phone assistance. Looking for another provider.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
