Nod Off: Sleep Timer

Nod Off is a sleep timer that sees you fall asleep. Play a podcast, an audiobook or music in the app you always use, lay the phone on the mattress beside your pillow and tap Start tonight. Once you have lain still for 10 minutes, the sound fades out over 30 seconds and pauses. Not asleep after all? Move within 3 minutes and it plays again, fading in over 3 seconds. After that it stays paused, and the sensors switch off for the rest of the night.
