Athnova Care sends your mother or father one friendly WhatsApp message each morning, in their own language. They tap one button: "Yes, taken", "Not yet" or "Please call me". That is all they ever have to do: nothing to install, no password to remember. You see their answer in this app. NO SMARTPHONE? WE CALL INSTEAD Choose a daily phone call when you add them: it rings at the time you pick, in their language, and they press 1, 2 or 3. It works on any phone, even a landline, in 25 countries including India, the US, the UK, Canada, the Gulf, Singapore and Australia. WHEN THEY GO QUIET, WE DON'T • No reply after a few hours: a gentle reminder. • Still nothing: an automatic phone call in their language, where our calls reach. • No answer: you get an alert, with a one-tap button to call them. • If you can't reach them either: the neighbour or relative you chose is asked to check in person. • Any time: your parent can send SOS, or "help" in their own language, and the whole family is alerted at once. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Medicines: what they take, whether they took it today, and how many days are left. • Readings: your parent photographs the BP machine or glucometer and the numbers are read and charted for you. • Lab reports: send a PDF or a photo on WhatsApp and every value appears with the printed range and its trend over months. • One monthly summary you can hand to their doctor. • An emergency card (address, allergies, blood group, medicines, doctor, hospital and the local emergency number) that opens even without internet. 17 LANGUAGES FOR YOUR PARENT Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, English, Urdu, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Filipino and Indonesian. WHAT THIS IS NOT Athnova Care is not a doctor and not an emergency service. We never diagnose, never change doses, and we cannot send an ambulance.
