Vertical Gain

Vertical Gain helps you measure the height of vertical objects and save them on your personal map. Use it for climbing, outdoor challenges, urban exploration, training, and similar sports where knowing the height of an object matters. Measure trees, rocks, walls, buildings, and other tall vertical structures as you climb. Features: Sign in with Google to keep your account Measure the height of vertical objects Save measured places on your map Add photos to saved climbed spots Open saved spots in Google Maps Free version: Save up to 5 measured objects on your map Add photos to your saved spots Use GPS based height estimation with typical accuracy around 5 meters, depending on device and conditions Premium: Save unlimited measured objects Use pressure sensor based measurement on compatible phones Get more precise height estimates, typically around 0.5 meters under good conditions Best results are achieved on shorter measurements, as pressure based height can slowly drift over time Vertical Gain is built for people who want a simple way to measure, remember, and compare vertical objects they climb or explore. Always use proper safety equipment, follow local rules, and only climb where you have permission.
