Kaizen Energy will assume the role of the energy services company (ESCO) for the scheme and manage all services on behalf of our clients. -- The Kaizen Energy Selfcare application currently supports our Pre-Pay customers only. However, we are in the process of adapting it for our Bill-Pay customers also and expect to roll it out to them by Summer 2022
