PHX Link

PHXLink is a new way to get around Phoenix. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable. When you’re ready to travel, book a ride in the PHXLink app and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. Whether you are connecting to a bus, rail, running an errand, or visiting a friend, this service will get you there! HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride on your smartphone by setting your pickup and drop-off addresses and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. You may also call a booking agent to book your trip over the phone. - You will be given an estimated vehicle arrival time when you book. Your estimated arrival time will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to you. - We’ll give you an automated text or push notification when we’re nearby. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. - There may be others on board, and you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real time from the app. Questions? Reach out at [Via will add our support email for Phoenix here once it is created] Loving your experience so far?
