See it whole. Then it comes apart. Put it back before your turns run out.
Arc Turn is a rotate puzzle where you are shown the answer first. Every picture is built from quarter circles. Two side by side make a half, four make a whole. The picture appears complete, you get a moment to read it, and then the pieces turn away one by one while you watch. Now put it back. Tap a piece that looks turned around, then turn it left or right until it fits. Nothing is ever lost - turning the other way puts it right back. Here is the part that makes it a puzzle: you have a limited number of turns. Enough to solve it, not enough to try everything. Turn the wrong piece twice and you have spent a move you needed. WHAT YOU GET - 246 levels, every one a different picture. No level repeats. - Digits, letters and abstract figures, all drawn from the same quarter circles. - Level 1 has four pieces with three of them turned. By level 60 the whole picture is scrambled. - A hint that points at the piece to turn - it never turns it for you. - Restart any level, any time, from the same board. - A daily puzzle, the same board for everyone, a new one every day. - Free. No purchases. WHY IT IS NOT A MEMORY GAME You are shown the picture, so it would be easy to assume you have to memorise it. You do not. The shapes are things you already know - a digit, a letter, a solid rounded blob - so a piece that is turned around looks wrong even an hour later. What you are reading is the shape, not your memory of it. That is also why the pieces are quarter circles and nothing else. A quarter disc has one rounded corner, so a wrong turn puts that corner where a straight edge belongs. You see the error as a notch, not as a difference from something you are trying to recall. ABOUT THE TURN LIMIT Most rotate puzzles are endless. This one is not, and that is the point. Without a limit there is no reason to look before you tap - you can turn everything four times and the picture assembles itself. The limit is what makes the first look worth taking. It is generous early and tightens as you go, and it is always measured against the shortest solution of that exact board, never a round number. Run out and you lose the level - but the game puts the picture back together in front of you before it says so, so you always find out what you were building. BUILT FOR PHONES One thumb. Tap a piece, then two big buttons at the bottom turn it. Nothing happens between choosing and turning, so nothing happens by accident.
