• A registered psychologist reviewed the breathing exercises. There are now nine, with the research behind them listed under the exercises. Each session starts with a short safety note. • If a note in Spanish or Catalan mentions a crisis, Andy now shows where to get help. "Find support near you" opens the help lines for your country. • The free trial offer at the end of a guide day now shows once a day, even if you go back to that screen.
For anxiety, panic attacks and overthinking: daily plan, test and breathing
Andy is a daily plan for anxiety. Andy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You start with a short self-check on how anxious you have felt lately. It is not a diagnosis, and you can take it again later to see whether anything has changed. From there you get a plan. One short day at a time: something to read, something to try, and a question to answer. Days cover panic, racing thoughts, sleep, stress at work, social nerves, anger and burnout. Breathing exercises are there when you need them, sorted by what you want: to calm down, to fall asleep, to focus, to steady yourself when you are angry. Mark how you feel in a few seconds. Over time Andy shows you patterns, which days tend to be worse and whether any of it is helping. There are weekly and monthly charts for that. The self-check, mood logging, every breathing exercise and the therapy report are free, and so are the first two days of each plan. Andy Pro unlocks the rest of the plans and guided paths, and your history beyond 30 days. Built by people with anxiety.
