Privacy & Security StepSense Gold is designed with privacy in mind. • No GPS tracking – the app never tracks physical location • GDPR-compliant platform • Secure handling of activity data Health Connect Integration StepSense Gold integrates with Health Connect to power step challenges. When you participate in a challenge, the app may request permission to read your step count from Health Connect. Purpose Step data is used to calculate activity totals and display your progress on challenge leaderboards. User Benefit Automatically track steps and participate in challenges without manual entry. Scope StepSense Gold reads step count totals only for challenge participation. Data Use & Control • User Control: Permissions can be granted or revoked anytime in Health Connect settings. • Data Use: Step data is used only for StepSense Gold features such as progress tracking and leaderboards. • No Data Sharing: StepSense Gold does not share Health Connect data with third parties and does not use it for advertising.
