REPORT A PROBLEM WITH SCREEN RECORDING If something goes wrong, the operator opens "Report a problem" from the menu and can record the screen to show the issue to KuBIT support. Recording starts only when the operator taps "Record screen" and accepts the Android screen-capture consent dialog (every time). The operator then reproduces the problem in any module while a notification with a Stop button stays visible; recording stops from that notification or automatically after 3 minutes. No audio is captured and the video is only attached to the report the operator sends.
