UnitWalk is a rental unit walk for the landlord who manages a few properties themselves. It keeps the whole condition record on your phone: the rooms, the photos and notes, a move-in walk and a move-out walk side by side, and a PDF report you can share or save when the walk is done. How a walk works • Set up a unit once, then open a move-in walk or a move-out walk on it. • Walk room by room: add each room by name, take a photo with the camera or pick one from your gallery, then add a short note about what you see. • Every photo and note is written to storage as you go, so closing the app or losing the process does not erase the rooms you already finished. • Open the move-in walk beside the move-out walk for the same unit and mark what changed, room by room. • Turn the finished walk into a signed PDF and send it with the system share sheet or save it with Android's own file picker. Private by design • No account, no sign-in and no vendor cloud: nothing is ever sent to us or to any service we run. • It works offline, including the photo capture and the report. • Your units, photos, notes and PDFs stay in the app's private storage on this device, and nothing is sent to us or to any service we run. If you have Android's own backup switched on, your phone may include the app's data in your personal Google backup — that copy is yours, and we never see it.
