Receive, count and issue warehouse stock from your phone or tablet.
Forza Warehouse is Forza's warehouse app for everyday floor work: receive goods, count inventory and issue material, fast and paperless. GOODS RECEIVING • Receive against purchase orders: see what is still pending and capture item by item. • Lots with expiration dates, serial numbers and services. • Choose the storage location for every line. • Photo and video evidence, plus per-item incidents (damaged, missing, etc.). • Receiving history with supplier and date filters. PHYSICAL COUNTS • Cycle counts (a random location) or full warehouse counts. • Blind counts: the expected quantity stays hidden while counting. • Walk location by location and count piece by piece, with live progress. • Camera counting: point at the items and the app counts them for you. • Send to review and post adjustments when everything is ready. MATERIAL ISSUING • Fulfill counter requests or make direct deliveries. • Record loans and scan serial numbers on delivery. CATALOGS • Create products, locations, suppliers and product families right from the floor. • Build location codes (zone, aisle, level, position…) without typing. • Generate a QR code PDF for every product. BUILT FOR THE WAREHOUSE • Built-in barcode and QR scanner. • Large buttons and readable text, designed for gloves and low light. • Adapts to phones and tablets, portrait and landscape. • Role-based permissions: each user only sees what they need. Requires a Forza Warehouse account provided by your company.
