EduBridge: Academy Attendance

Know the moment your child arrives — and the moment they leave. EduBridge connects tutoring academies with parents and students around one thing done properly: attendance you can trust, and a notification that reaches you the second it is recorded. QR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Students scan the academy's QR display on arrival and again on departure. Every code is single-use and rotates continuously, so a screenshot passed to a friend will not check anyone in. ALERTS THE MOMENT IT HAPPENS As soon as a check-in or check-out is recorded, a push notification goes to the student and to every linked guardian. No phone calls, no wondering whether they got there. GUARDIAN LINKING THAT ASKS FIRST A guardian can see a student's attendance only after accepting an explicit invitation. Nobody is linked automatically because a phone number happens to match, and a link can be revoked at any time. ATTENDANCE STATISTICS Present, late, and absent totals over any period, charted so patterns are obvious at a glance. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND A SHARED BOARD Academy announcements in one place, plus a board where members post questions, attach a photo or PDF, and reply to each other in the comments. CLASS SCHEDULE The weekly timetable for the classes a student is enrolled in. ASSIGNMENTS AND FILES Open the assignments your teacher set, and the files that came with them (PDF, photos), straight from the home screen. The nearest due date comes first. NO ADS No banners, no interstitials, no ad SDKs. We do not put advertising in an app that children use. Announcements, posts, comments, and assignment files are visible only to members of your own academy. Nothing is public, and nothing crosses between academies. Running an academy — marking attendance, managing students, writing notices — is not in this app. Staff use the separate EduBridge Manager app.
