Daycare Sleep Check Log is an offline daycare sleep log for childcare professionals to document infant sleep checks, nap observations, safety exceptions, and daily playground inspections. Complete whole-room sleep checks with an explicit staff confirmation that a direct visual check occurred. Use the interval defined by your facility's written sleep policy. The Ontario profile requires a facility-selected interval; Ontario does not impose one universal 15-minute interval. The California profile starts at 15 minutes for applicable infant sleep checks, and Custom supports a user-selected interval. Record normal observations or exceptions with scheduled, observed and recorded times. See late checks, preserve completed records, add append-only corrections, review inspector history, export a PDF, and keep a daily playground safety checklist. Data stays on your device. There is no account, advertising, analytics, or developer-operated cloud backend. Use Android's file picker for manual backup and restore when you choose. The app supports documentation. It does not replace direct visual supervision, provide medical diagnosis or treatment, or guarantee compliance. Facilities remain responsible for applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
