Personal CRM and friend reminder that shows who to call today and every birthday
Keep in Touch is a personal CRM for the people in your life, not a sales pipeline. Add the friends, family, partners and colleagues you want to stay close to, choose how often you want to check in with each one, and the Today screen shows who to call, text or visit next. Think of it as a friend reminder that remembers the details for you. Life gets busy, and the people we care about are often the easiest to lose touch with. Not because we stopped caring, but because nothing reminded us in time. Keep in Touch turns "we should catch up soon" into a routine you can keep. HOW IT WORKS • Add people one at a time: relationship (friend, family, partner, colleague), birthday, job, children's names, allergies and notes • Quick setup sorts your first people into circles (inner circle, close, wider orbit), each with its own rhythm • A custom check-in cadence per person instead of one reminder for everyone • Today view: who is overdue, whose birthday is coming up, which reminders are due • Log every call, video chat, text, visit, email or social message, who reached out and how it went • Timeline of every interaction, most recent first SEE HOW EACH RELATIONSHIP IS DOING • A relationship health score per contact, with a plain explanation • Trajectory at a glance: recovering, steady or drifting • Reciprocity: is it mostly you reaching out, mostly them, or back and forth? • Pause someone, mark a long-distance friendship, or keep a person "in memoriam" so nothing is counted or suggested about them • Open loops: follow-ups you promised, like "send her that book" NEVER MISS A DATE • Birthday reminder: upcoming birthdays show in the Today view, even if you only know the month • Extra dates: anniversaries, a child's birthday, the day you met • Sunday Digest: who you connected with, who is slipping, what is coming up AI HELP, ONLY IF YOU ALLOW IT • "What should I say?" conversation openers • Check-in cadence suggestions and follow-up ideas from your notes AI stays off until you allow it. The consent screen lists what is sent: first name, relationship type, check-in rhythm and the notes you wrote. Allergy notes are excluded by default, any contact can be marked "never send to AI", and you can turn AI off in Settings. FREE AND PRO Free: unlimited people, cadences, Today, interaction log, timeline, dates, health score, data export and 5 AI suggestions a week. The free version shows ads (banners and an occasional full-screen ad). Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. It adds the Relationship Assistant (who is cooling off, a weekly outreach plan, topic ideas per person), the full plan and reciprocity breakdown in the Sunday Digest and unlimited AI suggestions, and it removes third-party and full-screen ads. Cancel any time in Google Play. YOUR DATA • Keep in Touch does not read or import your phone's address book. • Start as a guest, no sign-up needed. The people, interactions, notes and reminders you add are stored on our server, linked to your guest or signed-in account. • Contact photos stay on your device and are never uploaded. • AI requests go through our server to OpenRouter, only after you allow AI. • We use Firebase (sign-in, analytics, crash reports), Google AdMob (ads) and RevenueCat (subscriptions).
