Diva Laundry is the official app of Diva Dry Cleaners and Laundry, a laundry and dry cleaning service in Dubai. Book a pickup in a few taps. We collect your clothes from your door, clean them with care and deliver them back to you. Our services • Dry Cleaning & Laundry: Dry Clean & Iron, Iron Only (our ironing service for clean clothes), Wash & Fold and Linen Care for bedsheets, towels and other household linen • Curtain & Carpet Cleaning: at your home or at our facility. Our specialists check everything first and share a quote with you. • Shoe Care & Repairs: shoe cleaning, sanitising, polishing and repairs • Bag Care & Repairs: bag cleaning, reconditioning and repairs • Alterations & Tailoring: hemming, resizing and mending by skilled tailors Easy booking • Choose your pickup date and a time slot that suits you • Need a shorter window? Choose Priority Pickup for a 1-hour slot, when available • For laundry and dry cleaning, choose standard or express delivery (next day or same day, when available) • Leave your items outside your door, or meet our driver • Add instructions for our driver, such as "Ring the doorbell" or "Call ahead of pickup" • Add photos and notes for shoe, bag and tailoring requests • Repeat Pickup: set it once and we collect every week, or every 2, 3 or 4 weeks • Quick Reorder: book your usual laundry order again in a few taps • Express delivery, Priority slots and meeting the driver at pickup cost extra. The app shows the charge when you choose them. Track every order • Follow each step: Awaiting Pickup, Detailing, Cleaning, Clean & Ready for Delivery and Order Complete • Edit or cancel an order before pickup, or change the delivery time after pickup • Download or share your invoice Saved for next time • Laundry preferences: on hangers or folded, shirt sleeves, trouser crease and starch • Your address, set on the map, by search or with your current location • A saved card is needed to book. Stripe saves your card securely. Payment is taken on the day of delivery: with your saved card, in the app, or by cash or card at the door.
