MAHA Provider - مها مقدم خدمة

MAHA Technician is a dedicated application designed for maintenance professionals and service technicians working across Saudi Arabia. The app provides technicians with a simple and efficient way to receive assigned service requests, review customer and booking details, manage their availability, and track every job from assignment to completion. Through the app, technicians can view important job information, including the requested service, scheduled date and time, customer location, contact details, and additional notes. Technicians can also update the request status as they travel to the customer, arrive at the service location, begin the work, and complete the service. For services that require an inspection, the technician can visit the customer’s location, assess the required work, issue a service invoice, and proceed with the job after the customer completes the payment. The application also allows technicians to: View new, current, completed, and canceled requests. Set their account status as available or unavailable. Receive assigned service requests from the administration. Review daily job and demand statistics. Access customer locations and service details. Update each stage of the service request. Issue invoices for services requiring inspection. Confirm successful service completion. Review ratings and manage personal profile information. Access financial transactions, settings, support, terms, and application information. With MAHA Technician, professionals can organize their work, respond to assigned requests quickly, and deliver reliable home maintenance services through one convenient platform.
