Small polish on top of 1.4. The comment box on a reading or symptom is now called Comment, so it is not confused with your Notes. A new reading starts the way you took the last one, the numbers look like boxes you can tap to type, and Save checks first if nothing changed. Dose times you add yourself can be changed with a tap. The medicine form only offers Save once it has what it needs. Tap your chosen feeling again to clear it.
Log symptoms, BP and medicines. Hand your doctor a clear report.
Loglet turns how you feel into a report your doctor can act on. Log symptoms, blood pressure and medicines in seconds. Loglet lines them up so you and your doctor can see the pattern: when symptoms happen, and how they relate to your medicine times. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE - Log a cramp with one tap, even half asleep at 4am - Big text, big buttons, no jargon, no account - A gentle daily check-in: how are you feeling today? MEDICINES, HANDLED PROPERLY - Split doses (morning and evening) and weekday-only schedules - Tick off each dose as you take it - Update a dose or add a new medicine any time it changes BLOOD PRESSURE, DONE RIGHT - Guided sitting then standing readings - See the change on standing at a glance - Every reading timestamped automatically SEE THE PATTERNS - Symptoms by time of day - Symptoms in the hours after your morning dose - Blood pressure drops on standing, flagged clearly THE DOCTOR REPORT One tap creates a clean PDF: your medicines and schedule, symptom counts and severity, timing patterns, blood pressure trends and adherence. Print it, email it, or hand over your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your phone. No account, no cloud, no ads, no tracking. Sharing a report is always your choice. Loglet is an informational logging tool, not a medical device. It never diagnoses and never gives dosing advice. Always consult your doctor about your health and medicines.
