Intermittent fasting timer on your wrist: phases, eating window, streaks, tile.
Fasted is an intermittent fasting timer built for the watch. It runs on its own, with no phone app, no account and no internet connection, and keeps everything on your watch. Choose your protocol: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 14:10, 12:12, one meal a day (23:1), your own fast length from 4 to 48 hours, or dawn to sunset. Start a fast with one tap, or tell Fasted you began earlier. When you stop, the fast is logged and your eating window starts counting down. A large ring shows how far you are, with the time fasted, the time left and the clock time your fast ends. Swipe up and down through seven pages: now, fasting phases, today, the last seven days, records, your eating rhythm and badges. Ten fasting phases, from fed to 36 hours, each with a short explanation of what is generally described at that point. Fasted tells you when you enter a new phase. Reminders that arrive on time: before your fast ends, when you reach your goal, when you go past it, before your eating window closes and when your planned start has passed. Choose the lead time yourself, or switch any of them off. Run it on a schedule: set a fixed eating window and Fasted can start the next fast and stop at your target by itself. Dawn to sunset (for example Ramadan): Fasted works out dawn and sunset from your approximate location, on the watch, with seven calculation methods, a custom angle and a high latitude rule. The fast starts at dawn and ends at sunset, with suhoor and iftar alerts. Fix mistakes afterwards: change the start or end of any logged fast in five minute steps, or delete it. Fasted refuses overlapping or future times, and totals, records, streaks and badges follow every change. Streaks, a weekly goal, your longest fast, total hours, a seven day chart, the hours you usually eat and 16 badges to earn. Tile: a live ring with the running time and a Start/Stop button, right next to your watch face. Languages: English, Nederlands, Deutsch, Français and Español. Fasted is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor before fasting if you are pregnant, have diabetes or another medical condition, or take medication.
