Blind Draw: Classic Sports

Blind Draw picks a classic sports match for you to watch without knowing how it ends. Old games are hard to watch blind. The video title has the score in it, the thumbnail shows the winners celebrating, and the comments finish the job. Blind Draw keeps all of that out of sight. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your sports, your eras and how long you’ve got: under 5 minutes, 5 to 10, 10 to 20, 20 minutes or more, or the whole game. Tick as many as you like. • Take the draw. You get one fixture at random, with a short preview written as it read before kick-off. No scores, no clues. • Press play. The match plays inside the app, with the title, comments and suggestions hidden. Skip 10 seconds back or forward, choose the picture quality, and pick up where you stopped. WHAT’S INSIDE • More than 1,200 classic matches across 20 sports, from the 1960s to recent seasons. Football, American football, basketball, baseball, ice hockey, tennis, golf, motorsport, rugby union, rugby league, cricket, darts, snooker, boxing, mixed martial arts, Aussie rules, cycling, athletics and more. • The Table: eight sealed cards, face down. Each shows only the sport and the era. Open the one you fancy. • Search: look up a team, player, competition or year, with full line-ups for almost every match. Still sealed: no scores. • The Vault: save matches for a quiet evening. • Carry on watching: go back to a match you didn’t finish. • Skip watched: matches you’ve already seen stay out of the draw. • At full time, another classic is lined up, ready when you are. WHERE THE MATCHES COME FROM Every match is an official upload from the league, club, federation or broadcaster’s own YouTube channel, picked and checked by hand. Blind Draw doesn’t host any video. Videos play with any adverts YouTube shows on them. Some videos only play in certain countries, so the matches on offer depend on where you are. YOUR ACCOUNT You can draw, open the Table and search without an account. To play a match, sign in with your email address. We send you a 6-digit code, so there’s no password to remember. Your Vault and the matches you’ve watched stay with your account, and you can delete your account in the app at any time. Blind Draw is made by Blind Draw Ltd, a small company in England.
